This is a baking class for those ready to take the next step into the world of bread starters, sourdough bread, and how to make it all! We will cover all you need to know: flours to use, making a sourdough, mixing, kneading and much more. You will leave with your own starter, as well as a fresh loaf of bread and hopefully the yearn to incorporate this into your everyday baking.
